8 levels of Condition Categories
Level 1: Brand New
Any original manufacturer’s warranty is still valid, never been used and the packaging is still sealed.
Level 2: Slightly Used Like New
No signs of wear-and-tear on the item and packaging; original packaging and accessories are intact. The item is nearly brand new.
Level 3: Used – Very Good
There are some minor signs of wear-and-tear. The item is perfectly functioning but orginal packaging is optional.
Level 4: Used – Good
The item is in perfect working condition, though showing normal wear-and-tear from regular use.
Level 5: Used – Acceptable
Wear-and-tear may include scratches, dents, and the likes. The item is still functioning but it may have some signs of quality deterioration.
Level 6: Refurbished
The condition is acceptable but some parts are already repaired or replaced.
Level 7: Minor Repair is needed
The item is still functioning but some minor repair is needed.
Level 8: Major Repair is needed
The condition is not functioning properly and some major repair is needed.
